Founders of 10:10 Ministries, JW and Keisha Trammell have been married since 2003, and are proud parents of five children and one daughter-in-law. For more than 23 years, they have devoted their lives to serving the less fortunate, the unhoused, and those of all ages in need of love, stability, and hope.

Their passion is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ and to witness chains of bondage broken from generation to generation. The verse John 10:10 perfectly captures their mission—to help others experience the abundant life that Jesus died to give.

10:10 Ministries is housed on their family ranch just west of Mineral Wells, Texas. In 2013, when God blessed them with the acquisition of the land, they dedicated it to the Lord’s service, knowing it would one day be used for ministry. After 12 years of faithful waiting, in June of 2025 the Lord revealed the vision of 10:10 Ministries and released them into their next season of full-time service to God’s Kingdom.

JW and Keisha’s desire is to walk alongside those in need, specifically youth and young adults, helping them not just survive but thrive through the fullness of life that Christ offers. Their marriage motto has always been simple yet powerful: “Our answer to God is yes, even when we don’t know the question.”

10:10 Ministries is a tuition-free Christ-centered, education and life skills/trades school serving 9th-12th grade students in need of mentorship due to social, relational, or emotional hardships. Our foundation is rooted in the promise of John 10:10 and in the power of unconditional love demonstrated through mentorship, discipleship, and leadership. We provide curriculum that fulfills all state of Texas requirements for earning a high school diploma, while also equipping each learner with practical skills, trades opportunities, and a strong foundation of faith that empowers them to live an abundant life and to thrive not just survive!
